When commissioning me you are agreeing to and must abide by the following.

General Terms of Service

- All Rights Reserved.
- You do not have permission to redistribute, claim, copy or edit my artwork in any way.
- My artwork is copyright to me. You are not allowed to use my artwork by any means without my permission.
- You may upload my artwork to social media sites if you have credited me properly and provide a link to at least one of my social media profiles. Credit must always be given.
- I do not, under any circumstances give anyone permission to trace, recolor, alter or make bases from my artwork. Do not claim my artwork as your own and try to make profit from it.
- Only the commissioner of a piece of artwork may use/reupload the work.
- You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my proven consent and signed agreement.
- I do not consent to my artwork being used for any AI learning and/or used with AI in any way.
- I have the right to post and use any artwork I create as I please. I will not do private commissions.
- I have the right to stream my artwork/process for commissions live on twitch.
- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- Terms of Service are subject to change at any time at the artists discretion.

Payment

- I take commission payment in GBP upfront through PayPal. Work will not be started until payment is complete.
- Payment is expected within 24 hours, unless otherwise discussed.
- All sales are final once payment has been received and work has been started.
- If a character is complex the commission price may be raised, I will let you know before hand if this is the case.
- Tips are very appreciated!

Process and Deadline

- The client must provide clear visual reference of the character(s). I do not work from description.
- Commissions may be rejected due to insufficient quality references.
- Clients may request changes during the sketching process. Changes applied after this check in may require an extra fee based on the nature or complexity of the change.
- An update will also be sent to the client during the flat colouring stage. if any markings/details are missed or wrong please let me know so I may add or fix them.
- I will update you with the sketch, flat colours and finally when the piece is done.
you are welcome to ask for WIPS but please do not contact me daily asking for updates. you are welcome to check my trello (to do list) where the progress of your piece and my queue will be listed.
- Final commission piece will be sent through email or the platform of the client’s choice in order to receive the full quality image.
- Please allow up to 2 months for regular commission turnaround and 4 months for references or bigger commissions.

Refunds

- If the client wishes to cancel the commission before payment, there are no repercussions. The commission will be cancelled and no further action needs to be taken.
- If the client wishes for a refund before beginning any work, a full refund will be provided.
- If the client wishes for a refund after beginning any work, a percentage of the refund will be provided at the artist’s discretion based on how much work is done.
- If the client wishes for a refund after the commission is completed, no refund will be provided.

Below are some general options to give an idea of pricing when commissioning me, if you'd like something not listed don't be afraid to ask me!Payment can be taken through PayPal or Ko-fi.
All pricing is in [GBP].Extra characters in a piece will be +80% of original price.
NSFW art will be +50% of original price.Plain or simple backgrounds are free but scenes/more detailed backgrounds will cost extra depending on complexity.
